• Term of Program   –   5 years to pay

• Benefits                   - Memorial Service

                                       a.25 Kilometer radius interment distance

                                       b.Embalming and Casket provision

                                       c.Viewing facilities and internment procedure

 

PROGRAM PACKAGE for INSURABLE AGE

 

 

A. Program Description:

 

A program package for insurable person that provides a complete package design to extend a life time membership that will provide a decent memorial service and extend cash benefits during the paying period that will lessen the burden within the member of the family.

 

B. Program Requirements / Information

 

 

• Age 18 to 59 years of age

• In good health condition

• Capacity to pay

• Contestability of 1 year

• Grace period of 30 days-after due date

• No medical examination

• Reinstatable within 1 year
